What are your rates for sessions?
Individual therapy sessions that are 50 minutes long are $165. Couples therapy sessions that are 50 minutes are $200. Any sessions longer than 50 minutes will be prorated based on these standard rates.
Couples Therapy 6 hour Intensives are $1500. 

Do you accept insurance?
No, I am not paneled with any insurance company. I am happy to provide superbills to clients who would like to submit for reimbursement.
Please note that because I am not paneled with Medicaid, I cannot accept any form of payment from clients who are under Medicaid provisions. I am happy to provide referrals to clinicians who are paneled with Medicaid and may be a good fit for clients.

Do you offer a sliding scale?
I do offer a sliding scale to a limited number of clients at any given time. My goal is to work with clients directly about what rate would work for both of us. If you are needing a sliding scale spot, please schedule a consultation so that we can discuss this together. 
If Caroline's rate is outside your budget, reduced-rate therapy may also be available with our supervised graduate intern.

Are sessions held in person or virtually?
Sessions are offered both in person and virtually. However, all sessions that are longer than 2 hours ("intensive sessions") are held in person.

Where is the in person office?
Clients can attend in person sessions at my office located in Aurora, CO near tthe intersection of I-225 and Iliff. 

How do I schedule an appointment or a consultation?
If you are interested in scheduling a free consultation or a therapy session, you can email me at caroline@acaredforheart.com or visit the Current Clients page and log into the portal. Potential clients who would like to schedule a free consultation will need to note that in the portal. 

What is your cancellation policy?
I require a 24 hour notice for any cancellation of sessions. Late cancellation or no shows will be charged the full session fee.
