Group therapy can be a powerful and transformative experience. It offers a unique opportunity to connect with others who share similar struggles, find validation, learn new skills, and process emotions in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you're navigating grief, healing from childhood wounds, exploring your relationship with sexuality, or simply looking for connection, group work can help you feel less alone in your journey.
Explore Upcoming Group Therapy Opportunities

I’m currently exploring interest in a variety of group therapy offerings. Some of the potential topics include:
-
Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents
-
Grief Support for Cancer Patients
-
Sexuality and Self-Discovery for Women
-
...and more, listed in the form below.
Groups may be offered in person, virtually, or in a hybrid format, and will blend therapeutic processing with psychoeducational support. While each group will have its own focus, all are designed to provide a space for reflection, growth, and shared understanding.
At this time, I’m gathering interest to determine which groups to launch and when. If any of the topics resonate with you, I invite you to fill out the interest form linked below. This does not commit you to anything—it simply lets me know what you’d like to see offered in the future.
If a group you’re interested in does move forward, you can expect a follow-up email with more details.
Please note: All participants must be adults located in the state of Colorado and not currently covered under Medicaid.
